Today an old couple from Bangalore came to meet us and they brought a 100 year old Banares silk jungla sari (probably produced through jacquard ) for repair. her mother in law has cut the 8 yard sari and made a pavadai (gangara). still that also got damaged and they cut the zari buttas separetely and had an idea to restich them in to a new silk fabric.
